Asylum-seeker from Afghanistan pushed to Serbia
A story about Hungary’s dysfunctional asylum system through the experience of HHC’s client, Hasib from Afghanistan.
Hasib came to Hungary to study and after the expiration of his visa submitted an asylum application. Two days later the Hungarian authorities pushed him to Serbia where he had never been before and where he did not know anybody.
