NGO Shadow Report for the UN Human Rights Committee
The HHC has prepared a shadow report for the 100th session of the UN Human Rights Committee on the human rights situation in Hungary.

Váltás magyarraThe UN Human Rights Committe will consider Hungary’s country report and the country’s situation during its 100th session in October 2010.
The Shadow Report of the HHC is based on and in part repeats information included in HHC’s “Suggestions for questions to be included in the List of Issues” submitted by the HHC for the Human Rights Committee’s 98th Session. The Shadow Report primarily deals with the issues included therein. In some cases however it also draws attention to problems not explicitly formulated in the List of Issues but regarded by the HHC as being of particular importance, and also to issues that emerged under the new Government of Hungary (formed in May 2010) after the formulation of the List of Issues.
