Yes. Donating through our website is just as secure as paying by bank card in an online store. The payment process is handled by a certified payment service provider, ensuring that both your donation and your bank card details remain safe.

We never see or store your bank card information; all transactions are processed exclusively through the payment provider’s encrypted system.

No. Your personal data cannot be accessed by third parties. We do not make donors’ personal information public and handle all data in accordance with data protection regulations.

Yes! Browse our merchandise items, support our work with at least the recommended donation amount for the selected product, and email us at helsinki@helsinki.hu. Our colleagues will contact you shortly to arrange delivery (only within Hungary at the moment) or collection.

Once you set up a recurring donation, the selected amount will be transferred automatically each month. You may cancel this at any time, and future payments will no longer be charged.
