Supporting Civil Society Efforts in Strengthening the Rule of Law (2024-2025)

The project aims to prevent further democratic backsliding in Hungary and support the future restoration of the rule of law by maintaining international attention on attempts to further dismantle democracy and the rule of law in Hungary and by improving the framing of social discourse about the rule of law and democratic backsliding.

Project activities include the following:

• monitoring,
• research,
• documentation,
• international advocacy efforts, and
• strategic planning.

Project period: 1 April 2024 – 30 November 2025
