Hungary: Update on Dublin Transfers

The Hungarian Helsinki Committee’s brief information update provides an overview on the application of the Dublin III regulation in relation to Hungary. Among others, the update includes a summary of three cases in which the HHC recently obtained interim measures to halt the transfers to Greece and Bulgaria, as well as a summary table of similar decisions of administrative authorities and courts at various levels in 15 Member States relating to Dublin transfers to Hungary.
