Hungary: Access Denied

The latest amendments to the Asylum Act and the Act on State Border entered into force on 5 July 2016. The Hungarian Helsinki Committee’s brief information update provides a summary of their implementation and practical consequences, with special regard to the unprecedented amount of reports about violence committed at and around he Hungarian-Serbian border against foreigners.
