I’ve been involved in the planning, implementation and evaluation of HHC’s communication and fundraising campaigns since 2019. During this time, I’ve helped with the rebranding and development of our new website. In addition to managing online advertising, my colleagues and I have also focused on search engine optimisation (SEO), which has quadrupled the traffic to helsinki.hu.
I manage our CRM system in-house. Since its introduction we have increased the number of newsletter readers by 2.5 times. I am proud that 40% of our subscribers read us regularly thanks to the quality of the Helsinki newsletter. I am currently working on further base building and on increasing our income from private donations and tax 1%.
