I started working for the Helsinki Committee during my university years. I graduated from ELTE Law School in 2022, and since then, I have been working as a trainee lawyer to strengthen Helsinki’s Rule of Law and Criminal Justice Programme. Although I am not far from classical civil and economic law, I have always been interested in areas where the state conflicts with its citizens. I believe that the state’s power cannot be unlimited and that it is our duty to help those in need because of their vulnerable situation. However, I believe it is important to address problems on a systemic scale as well as on an individual level. That is why, in addition to providing legal services, I am also involved in other important activities of the Helsinki, such as advocacy among legislators and practitioners or even strategic litigation.
