We can assist you if: ● you are a refugee or beneficiary of subsidiary protection living in Hungary and you would like your family members to be able to come join you and live with you here in Hungary, if the family life already existed prior to arriving to Hungary; - for more information see Information leaflet on family reunification down below ↓ ● you are a Hungarian citizen and your family member(s) are non-EU citizens and would like to live with you in Hungary - we can assist you if you can show dependency, meaning that if a non-EU citizen family member(s) would be forced to leave EU, you would be obliged to leave the EU as well. Dependency may be factual and emotional as well as economic.
