In what cases may a transaction fail?
- Due to a telecommunication / IT error the request for authorisation may not have reached the credit card issuing bank, or the payment failed due to a timeout. Please try again.
- The credit card issuing bank did not accept the payment order. For example, the credit card may have expired, there are insufficient funds in your account to cover the transaction, or the amount of the transaction exceeds the card’s purchase limit. In this case, please contact your bank.
